The True Stories of a Holocaust Survivor who Survived Six Years in the Concentration Camps. Golda Sandman was born in the small city of Strachovitsa in south Poland. At the beginning of World War II she was a girl age eighteen. After the occupation by the Germans she was sent from the ghetto to a work camp in the city. Later she was sent to Auschwitz Birkenau and from there to Bergen-Belzen. She spent totally six years in concentration camps. After the war ended she went to Sweden, and from there immigrated to the Land of Israel in illegal immigrants' ship. After hard years of absorption she established a family. Golda's Stories has a plot which sounds unbelievable. She decided not to surrender to evil and survived under the harshest terms. She dealt with illegal commerce and smuggling, endangered her life many times to save people, and acted intuitively opposite death many times. Her physical and mental sufferings were unprecedented. She survived the death camps barely alive and gained her health again. She triumphed to bestow her memoirs to the next generations, in memory of the heroism of the Jews that perished in the holocaust. The book defines new borders of humanity, femininity and heroism, which reach in it heights that were considered impossible up to here. Although it's a personal memory, the book can serve as an accurate, comprehensive presentation of the whole era, because the stories extend from the 1930th to the 1950th. The son of Golda, Avinoam, recorded her memoirs in 1978, during several months in which she told him every day one story or two. Although very plain, the stories were incomprehensible in their intensity. Over the years he tried strenuously to reach a perspective which will enable him to edit and publish them. Avinoam described his spiritual journey in his book: The Little Prince Lands. Golda's Stories is written as his mother told, in first body. From reading the book, it seems at times that the flow of the stories is easy. A mother tells her child some stories. The content cancels the easy impression. This is just as in fairy tales, where the naпve style is confronted with the amazing plot and we are forced to think of a meaning above and behind the simple story. Some chapters are available for reading in the Internet.

Aids to quit smoking
As a fact, there are quite a number of ways available to help you quit smoking. Each method has a different effect on everybody. While one method works for one person, it may not work on another. Here are a few popular methods to help you: Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Nicotine is a very addictive drug and for a person who has had developed a dependence to it, it really is very difficult for one to withdraw this very familiar drug from his system. To somehow control the physical withdrawal symptoms, there is a need for a steady dose of nicotine for the body. NRT includes lozenges, patches, gums and inhalers that take the form of a cigarette. False Cigarettes Your body may be anxious on the fact of not being able to hold on to a cigarette anymore when you started to quit smoking. This "therapy" substitutes the action or the physical sensation of having to hold onto a cigarette without having to take in all the chemicals involved in smoking. Eye Openers These may involve events that could cause a smoker to decide to be a non-smoker. For some people a certain form of shock will open their eyes on the odds of smoking and would cause them to finally quit smoking. These eye openers could be the information he may have gained about some smoking related illness such as cancer or it may be the loss of a close friend or a family member. Either way it allows the smoker to think of his own mortality and fragility and be conscious about his lifestyle. He may then decide to live a healthier life. But these eye openers could work for a while. There is a possibility that the fears he once had on smoking would eventually subside and the once non-smoker would once again feel comfortable with smoking. Zyban (or Bupropion) This is a prescribed antidepressant drug that helps the brain fight those nicotine-craving chemicals in the body. There may be also side effects to the body so it is important that one should consult a general physician before taking in the drug. Acupuncture This is an ancient Chinese form of medication which involves inserting thin needles into various yet specific acupuncture points of the body. This kind of quit smoking program should result to reduced urges and controlled levels of withdrawal symptoms. Meditation This involves deep breathing exercises and guided imagery to calm the senses and promote a sense of inner serenity and well-being. One form of meditation would involve a repetition of a chant or mantra while another would just involve emptying one's thoughts. This method is useful as it could help you relax and calm yourself especially when one is experiencing certain withdrawal symptoms. Hypnotherapy One not only has to convince his conscious mind to quit smoking. He/she also has to work with the subconscious, which is also believed to be the stronger part of the mind. This method of using suggestions can be learned or self-taught. One could use relaxation tapes or techniques to help calm your mind and free it from any worries. Though there may be numerous methods available, the most important asset one could have is the will power to quit and stay quit.

Hypnosis training learn the 4 stage hypnosis protocol
Hypnosis is a widely acknowledged process that can change the lives of many, by using hypnosis you can change your ways of life to be happier, healthier and more personally satisfying. Hypnosis is created when a person is so intensely focused that it creates a freedom within the unconscious mind to act beyond the normal restrictions of what the conscious mind deems possible, real and proper Hypnosis training is best started by learning about the past and present of hypnosis itself. The history of hypnosis reaches centuries back; it wasn’t until the 1880’s that hypnosis advanced from the ‘Dark Ages’ and into a more scientific realm. It was then that a Scottish neurosurgeon by the name of James Braid came up with the term hypnotism. Not only is James Braid responsible for coining the term hypnotism he is also responsible for the study that proved that hypnotism was not a product of magnetic fluids flowing through our bodies. Braid spent time studying Animal Magnetism and Mesmerism and concluded from those studies that hypnosis could be induced by anyone as long as they followed a certain set of simple rules. As Braid experimented and studied hypnosis he coined the term hypnosis for reasons that the subjects undergoing it looked to be sleepy. After further study he found that one could be hypnotized and still be wide awake, at this time he attempted to change the term hypnotism to monoidealism; mono - meaning one, and idealism for the focus on a particular idea. This term made better sense as the act of hypnosis is created by complete focus on one idea to the extent that it eventually becomes a reality for the subject. The term monoidealism did not take and hence today hypnosis is still known as hypnosis. As James Braid has shown us through history there are rules to follow and steps to take to induce a person into a hypnotic state. These steps are known today as the 4 Stage Formula. The 4 Stage Formula begins with Stage 1, to Absorb Attention. Absorbing attention is simply to capture the focus of your subject. This requires intense concentration and the ability to draw your subject into you and to keep them following your lead with suggestions and language, after you have accomplished this you can move on to the second stage. The second stage of the 4 Stage Formula is to Bypass the Critical Factor. Critical factor is known in hypnosis as the reasoning of the conscious mind that says, “this is not possible”. Resistance to hypnotic trance is created when the critical factor stands between your subject and their hypnotic state. This must be bypassed in order for your subject to respond to you on an unconscious level. Once you have bypassed the critical factor, which you will learn as we move through different articles, you will be able to present hypnotic suggestions in the form of advice. As long as no critical factor is standing in the way the suggestions will resonate with your subject and the advice will come out through the conscious mind and take effect. After you have bypassed all critical factors stage 3 of the 4 Stages is to Activate an Unconscious Response. Activating unconscious responses is your sign that you have successfully led your subject into a hypnotic state. Any unconscious response is a positive sign for you as a hypnotist, as well as for your client, because you are doing your job. Unconscious response can vary; a good example of an unconscious response is an emotional response. Emotional responses are derived from an unconscious level, you have no choice in your emotions they are simply a product of your unconscious reacting to and implementing the thinking and understandings you posses. Make sure to note that if you are dealing with a subject that is in a heightened state of emotion, say a breakup or recent loss, the subject is already in their own hypnotic process. You as the hypnotist will have no control over a person in hypnotic process of which you are not the authority. They will not listen to you or attempt to follow your suggestions, they are immune to your reasoning and need time to emerge from the state they are in before you can induce a hypnotic state of which you are in control of. You must be able to access and retrieve a response from the unconscious before you can begin working toward any desired outcome. This brings us to the fourth and final step in the 4 Stages; the fourth stage is to Lead Unconscious to Desired Outcome. This step is simple to explain really it is as it sounds. Once you have your subject in a hypnotic state and have accomplished the three previous stages you will lead your subject through their unconscious by way of suggestions to obtain your desired outcome. When you successfully combine all four of the 4 Stage Formula you will be engaging with your subject in a conversational hypnotic interaction.

Empowerment through choice
What is the one thing that will always make you feel empowered? It is the ability to make a choice. The problem is that we often forget that there is a choice in absolutely everything. Even if external circumstances prevent us from doing what we prefer, we have a choice in how we are going to approach the situation. We have control over our attitude, thoughts and feelings. Being "Stuck" I often hear people talk about being "stuck" at their jobs. When asked why they don't move to another job that would be more fulfilling, their reply: "I can't because I need the health insurance" OR "I can't because I've built up my retirement" and it goes on. Do you notice anything interesting about those responses? They all revolve around the word "can't". The word can't is disempowering... it's pretty reasonable to assume if your thought processes around your job involve the word can't, that you would feel "stuck", because according to you, you can't do anything about it. What else did you notice about those responses? The one thing that I find interesting about them is that if you really dig deeper, you often find that these individuals place high value on their health insurance benefits or retirement packages and although they are unhappy and dissatisfied, the value of these benefits outweigh their dissatisfaction. So, essentially they have made a choice... the benefit to cost ratio tips in favor of the reason they stay. Empowerment Via Choice Here is how we are empowered through choice: We are empowered when we are aware that we are choosing something. Instead of being "stuck" - ask yourself: -What reasons do I give for staying in the current situation? -What do I lose? -What is more important to me right now?" Once you answer those questions you will have made your choice AND as you are going through the questions and answers you will become aware of the fact that you are making a choice. The next step would be to ask yourself: "How do I choose to feel about this decision?" This is where attitude comes in.... You Have The Power To Choose!

To do list draining you brighten up the tasks you dread
Vampire Tasks Everyone has at least one of them. Something you hate to do. Something you dread. You procrastinate about it or do your best to avoid it. When you have to do it you get crabby about it. What is it for you? Your staff meeting? Traveling for business? Working with a particular client or co-worker? Dealing with computer problems? Doing your expense report? Performance reviews? Whatever it is, it's a "vampire task" -- something that drains your energy. But You Have to Do It Most of the time my focus with clients is on the fun stuff --what lights them up, what they love, what they want, what energizes and enlivens them and how to do more of that. When we do identify a task that's draining them, we look long and creatively about how they could stop doing it, delegate it, or hire it out. Sometimes though there are tasks they choose to keep doing, at least for now. It could be temporary. Like a woman starting her own business who dislikes accounting. As soon as she has enough income she'll hire a part-time accountant. In the meantime, she is the accountant, whether or not she enjoys it. It could be something longer lasting. For instance, in most companies if you're a manager you'll need to do performance reviews, whether or not you enjoy them. Taxes Wiped Me out Yep, for me taxes were a big energy drain. I hated doing them. Just the anticipation of doing them made me unhappy. Even though Dave, our accountant, did all the work of preparing our taxes, I still dreaded pulling together the information for him. Each year it took me two or three days and a lot of misery. I do recognize we always have choices. And I did have choices about the taxes. I could have just stopped doing them. But I wasn't too keen about the IRS knocking on my door looking for those unpaid taxes. I could have asked my husband to do our taxes. But I thought he might be even unhappier than I was about doing this task. Yes, I did have other choices. And doing it myself seemed my best choice. Now you might think I was doomed. Forever chained to miserable days in my office gathering information for my accountant. But you might also realize if that were the case there wouldn't be much of a point to this story. And the point is I found a way to ease my tax misery. Solution: The Taxes Strategy A few months after I learned about making choices based on my lights -- what energizes and enlivens me -- tax season rolled around once again. This time I was determined to find a way to do the taxes without draining my energy. So I looked at what I knew about what lit me up and I added some of that to my tax task. I put on music I loved. I lit a candle that had a delicious fragrance. Depending on the time of day, I sipped a glass of wine. I asked my husband to bring something to do and just sit in my office while I worked on the taxes. I also spent just a couple of hours at a time on them, rather than powering my way through as I'd done in the past. And it worked! Now I must admit taxes still aren't the most fun thing I do. And they don't drain my energy in the way they used to. You can apply my "taxes strategy" to your own draining tasks: incorporate things that light you up. Do this before, during, and/or after the task. My clients tell me this simple strategy makes a significant difference in their energy. Some Ways to Brighten Up a Dull Task Here are a few ways my clients have created more energy around the tasks that drain them: *** Bookending the task: doing something fun before and after. *** Changing the location: going to some place they love to do the task *** Changing the conditions: music, candles, food, drink, lighting *** Involving other people: to be with them, to do the task with them One story I can't resist sharing: a client, unhappy doing the bills, asked her husband to join her and then paid the bills topless! I'm not saying I recommend this and she says it worked for them! In Your Life If you'd like to brighten up your dreaded task, here's what I recommend. 1) Pick something that drains and de-energizes you. 2) Ask yourself if it's something you can stop doing, delegate, or hire someone to do. If so, great! Do whichever one of those strategies will work. If not, go to step #3. 3) Experiment with doing two or three things that light you up (before, during and/or after that draining task) until you find what will make your experience less draining and more enjoyable. The examples above of what my clients have done may give you some ideas. The key is choosing things that light YOU up, that YOU love, that are energizing and enlivening for YOU. Enjoy!
Are you wishing for something stop the more you wish the more you might not get it
Are You Ready For Change In Your Life? When you are willing to set goals, your motivation becomes more focused and less confused in everyday interactions. Setting goals and designing your dreams and aspirations is a commitment to participate in a dynamic relationship and interaction between yourself and othersmitting yourself to be in a relationship with others helps to create an environment of self-support. The “willingness” to define your goals and aspirations provide you with the motivation to focus on achieving your goals. Your “will” to take action and achieve your goals is different than wishing your goals to complete themselves. Wishing is a desire for the possibility of some act or state arbitrarily occurring. When it comes to making your goals happen, wishing can be self-sabotaging. “Willing” is self-responsible behavior. When you take conscious control of your life, you actively plan your course or direction. Determining your direction builds positive momentum in your life. Creating positive momentum and enthusiasm drive you to share your enthusiasm with others. When you encourage others to believe in themselves you build positive momentum in their lives. Your first responsibility as an encouraging person is to yourself. Make your best effort to provide the proper atmosphere for growth to occur. Discovering your own personal power and “free will” requires an attitude of positive self-control. Without commitment, you are helplessly determined by others and their “will.” To overcome fear and determine your own destiny, you must make a commitment to believe in your own free will. By being committed, you actively assert yourself in your relationship with others and the world. When you become self-supportive, you become better equipped to overcome barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals. By committing yourself to your goals, you generate power in taking a risk to achieve your goals. Developing clarity of focus increases your self-determination and your ability to make up your own mind. Breaking the shackles of past behaviors and attitudes that have kept you from growing and changing can be uncomfortable. Change is not always comfortable, and it’s definitely not stable or predictable. Deciding to make new, positive changes that generate excitement, or to remain in your stable, sedentary world (or relationship), is a decision only you can make. You have one question to ask yourself: What’s rewarding to you? If you’re comfortable with staying in one spot in life, that’s your choice. But if you want to move on and travel to new destinations, mentally and emotionally, then go for the change. The challenge is to take conscious control of producing positive thoughts and behaviors that will create healthy choices for you and your life. Make up your mind and overcome your fears. Your positive attitude, like your “will,” is powerful medicine. Turn on your power key to success and become more dynamic. Get fired up and drive with conviction toward your dreams.

Australian legacy to natural skincare
Indigenous people of many islands and continents are apparently showing better health and skin condition that most of us. That can be because of the fact that the natives have been practicing several ancient and indigenous regimens that are known to help better take care of the body. The Aborigines of Australia are no different. Through the years, many medical practitioners have been monitoring and observing the natives’ lifestyles to find out why they have better health, particularly their skin condition. The secret to their natural skin care lies in emu oil. What is emu oil and what can it do? Emu oil is a special fat deposit that has been used by the Aborigines for thousands of years already to treat and cure several usual ailments and bodily discomfort. Modern studies and analysis of the oil show that it has natural properties that make the skin smoother and more glowing. The oil has essential fatty acids and a good level of vitamin E, which is good for skin care. It is true that there are many other products, modern and old, that are also offering such properties for skin care. But emu oil has the sole advantage of being able to make the nutrients penetrate through the important layers of the skin. Thus, each skin layer would be able to attain and use the benefits of emu oil. The emu oil is a special oil that is derived from a bird called Emu, which is endemic and native to Australia. The emu is an avian animal that is very much similar to the world-popular ostrich. Since time immemorial, the Aborigines have been hunting the birds and raising them domestically to be able to get a good source of emu oil in the future. Emu oil is a natural oil that could not be replicated using synthetic ingredients. The Aborigines initially and originally used the oil to help treat wounds, cuts and bruises. The oil is also often functioning and used as a form of liniment that relieves sore muscles and painful joints. Because the natural nutrients can get right beneath the outer skin layer, some other forms of medications are mixed with it. As a natural skincare regimen, the Aborigines were known to have used emo oil as a form of ointments and skin application that help make the skin smoother, softer and exquisitely healthier. Now, many natural and organic skin care products makers are rushing to develop products based and including emu oil. While others are claiming to have already successfully developed such skin products, there are many more that are working to further integrate emu oil and its benefits to skin care goods. In the future, it would not be surprising if there ever would be more skincare products containing emu oil. Just like the Aborigines, soon people from all across the globe would be able to enjoy products that would significantly help make the skin healthier and more glowing even at the harsh environmental conditions. Emo oil is Australia’s legacy to modern natural and organic skin care.

New age spirituality morning has been all night coming part 77
Suddenly the sunlight broke through the clouds and flooded the area with warmth and hope. Birds appeared as if out of nowhere, and way off in the distance, the arc of a rainbow emerged, then slowly disappeared. I returned to the house to help the children prepare breakfast. A little later in the day, I drove around the neighborhood. Trees were uprooted, power lines cut, and debris scattered all over, but fortunately, no one was injured. Within a few days, most of these unfortunate situations would be corrected. There would be a lot of complaining, and some who had sustained more damage than others would look around and ask, “Why me?” Every time I hear someone say that, I cringe. “Why me, Lord? Why not the other guy? Why did you let me lose my job or my home or whatever?” How selfish we can be at times. Is it less terrible if it happens to someone else but more terrible if it happens to me? The point, I surmised, is not that things happen to me or to others, but that things happen. It is for us to learn from what is happening and to know that it will not continue forever. Life is a flowing river — a river that’s always changing. All things change and today’s pauper could be tomorrow’s prince, or today’s indifference could be tomorrow’s mourning. Even the weather is an indicator of the constancy of change. Last night and this morning, heavy rains and gale force winds; now, beautiful sunlight and gentle breezes. There will always be changes in the world, but something within me was saying that a part of me — a part of all of us — is changeless and beyond the reach of storms. That part has been with us from time immemorial, and in our quiet moments, if we listen carefully, we can hear it speaking to us. To read the rest of the story visit spiritual-simplicity

Be who you are with fairy tattoos
Today, one of the most common body accessories that differentiate the “cool” woman from the plain Janes are the cute little tattoos that she proudly wears on her skin. You can say anything you want but you can never take away the fact that the women who get themselves inked are mostly the outspoken ones, the opinionated, those who possess strong values and beliefs, and those who have more confidence in themselves. When talking of tattoo ideas for women, we immediately think of floral tattoos, butterfly or dragonfly tattoos, and hearts. And they get kind of, well, boring. But here’s one that is also very common, but despite its being popular with the girls, no two designs are quite alike, unlike cross tattoos and other symbols, --the fairy tattoos. Fairy tattoos can take on different meanings. It could project an aura of innocence and a cheerful, lighthearted air. It could also stand for beauty with a playful flair. But did you know that fairies in Ireland, where the concept of fairies originated from, are considered evil beings? Fairies are believed to be territorial beings of the underworld who would punish those who invade their “territory” and bring forth ill luck to individuals they dislike. And they do not look pleasing at all! But the fairies that Walt Disney conjured up for us are the charmingly impish creatures of perfection. And, apparently, that is what modern fairy tattoos are sticking up with. Fairy tattoos, then, can be worn by people of various personalities: for the sweet and the young-at-heart; or for those who have a naughty, fun-loving personality, and anybody in between. The trick is in the design and the colors used and on how they are worn. Fairy tattoos could be done in black and white for a more serious look, or in different colors for a playful, more feminine look. Also, the appearance of the fairy tattoo, its facial expression, its size, pose, clothing, and colors used can be customized according to the person’s personalities. Now, tell me how you will find that boring? They can be worn on the lower back, on one hip, on the lower belly, or below the collar bone. It looks more sensual when worn on these areas. But they also look quite perfect on the shoulder, the wrist, lower legs, or anywhere the wearer chose to wear them. One thing you should remember, though, these fairy tattoos are more interesting when they are located in places where they can easily be seen. Nowadays, anyone can get a good tattoo. All you need to have is the right attitude, the conviction to do so, and the money to pay for a good tattoo artist. They can be a bit costly, you know. And if you want to get your money’s worth, be ready to pay for it. Also, just like marriage, getting a tattoo is a lifelong decision. And you’ll have to go through a long and painful process trying to part with it if you find later on that you don’t really want it. Think it over. And when you’re done, do it again, more carefully this time.

Finding balance in life
We all feel a little off balance at times. Maybe we’re having difficulty sleeping or we’re stressed or getting emotionally sensitive and finding there is drama in some or all of our relationships. Often during these times our life is focused area too much in one or more areas. Dividing our attention between different activities and finding routines helps us to restore balance. Here are some tips that may help you to restore a feeling of balance: 1. Limit your online time (emails, forums, instant messaging) to two hours a day. 2. Leave the house every day in the morning, even if you don't need to be somewhere. You can go to a coffee shop and read the paper, visit a library or a museum, or go for a long walk or bicycle ride. 3. Keep regular sleeping hours. If you are having difficulty sleeping, at least assign certain hours for sleeping, resting, reading, or quiet television (if that makes you drowsy). 4. Save the last hour of the day for quiet and reading books or television - no phone, no computer, no work. 5. Step away from people who are pulling you off balance with drama or their own negativity. Usually you only need to do this until you feel balanced again. 6. Occupy your thoughts and time mostly with positive ideas and activities. 7. Have an assortment of healthy friends in different niches of life. "Don't put all your eggs in one basket," or all your social time into one friend or one group of friends. This way when there are problems, and there almost always are occasionally even in good relationships, you will be able to have some enjoyable time or get emotional support from other friends. 8. If you have been watching a lot of television, limit your television to no more than 3 hours a day, at least for a week. 9. Balance the time in your day between different activities and efforts, even at work or college. Too much of one type of activity can make you feel more stressed or dissatisfied. Pace yourself with deadlines so that you won’t have to do marathon sessions to catch up. 10. Don't work on personal healing or self improvement too much. It gets too intense and ultimately does not help. 11. LIGHTEN UP! Don't take things too seriously... practice laughter, and ESPECIALLY laughing at yourself!

The key to a better life
Time management is basically about being focused. The Pareto Principle also known as the '80:20 Rule' states that 80% of efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio '80:20' is only arbitrary, it is used to put emphasis on how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management. Some people view time management as a list of rules that involves scheduling of appointments, goal settings, thorough planning, creating things to do lists and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire. But there is more skills involved in time management than the core basics. Skills such as decision making, inherent abilities such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential to your personal growth. Personal time management involves everything you do. No matter how big and no matter how small, everything counts. Each new knowledge you acquire, each new advice you consider, each new skill you develop should be taken into consideration. Having a balanced life-style should be the key result in having personal time management. This is the main aspect that many practitioners of personal time management fail to grasp. Time management is about getting results, not about being busy. The six areas that personal time management seeks to improve in anyone's life are physical, intellectual, social, career, emotional and spiritual. The physical aspect involves having a healthy body, less stress and fatigue. The intellectual aspect involves learning and other mental growth activities. The social aspect involves developing personal or intimate relations and being an active contributor to society. The career aspect involves school and work. The emotional aspect involves appropriate feelings and desires and manifesting them. The spiritual aspect involves a personal quest for meaning. Thoroughly planning and having a set of things to do list for each of the key areas may not be very practical, but determining which area in your life is not being giving enough attention is part of time management. Each area creates the whole you, if you are ignoring one area then you are ignoring an important part of yourself. Personal time management should not be so daunting a task. It is a very sensible and reasonable approach in solving problems big or small. A great way of learning time management and improving your personal life is to follow several basic activities. One of them is to review your goals whether it be immediate or long-term goals often. A way to do this is to keep a list that is always accessible to you. Always determine which task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goals and which activities are helping you maintain a balanced life style. Each and everyone of us has a peek time and a time when we slow down, these are our natural cycles. We should be able to tell when to do the difficult tasks when we are the sharpest. Learning to say "No". You actually see this advice often. Heed it even if it involves saying the word to family or friends. Pat yourself at the back or just reward yourself in any manner for an effective time management result. Try and get the cooperation from people around you who are actually benefiting from your efforts of time management. Don't procrastinate. Attend to necessary things immediately. Have a positive attitude and set yourself up for success. But be realistic in your approach in achieving your goals. Have a record or journal of all your activities. This will help you get things in their proper perspective. These are the few steps you initially take in becoming a well rounded individual. As the say personal time management is the art and science of building a better life. From the moment you integrate into your life time management skills, you have opened several options that can provide a broad spectrum of solutions to your personal growth. It also creates more doors for opportunities to knock on.

Back brace support facts
If you have a back injury or are recovering from back surgery, you know it can be a debilitating experience. Most people don't know how important their back is until they injure it in some way, and then the simplest chores become painful events. A back brace can help alleviate symptoms from minor back spasms to major surgical procedures, but it's important to get the back brace that's best suited to your needs and condition. A back brace can be used as mere support or as a maximum stabilizing device that's meant to hold the entire upper torso in a straight line. Many people recovering from back injuries (caused by sports or auto accidents) wear a full, hard shell back brace that reaches from the sacral area of the lower back up to the underarms. Some also have a neck brace that connects to the entire assembly to provide maximum support for broken necks and backs. For those kinds of injuries, a doctor will most certainly decide which back brace will best suit your needs and offer you maximum mobility. Other conditions that aren't so severe will require less support. A foam or cloth-type back brace can be used to help relieve symptoms of lower back pain and minor injuries. A doctor will often suggest the use of a back brace for those who suffer from sciatica and other neuromuscular complaints. In these cases, a back brace will help ease the pain of symptoms and offer additional support for movement. These days, a back brace is often made of foam-like material that is soft to the skin and yet provides firm support for mild to moderate lower back pain. The shape of a lower back brace allows for the curvature at the base of the spine and won't 'ride up' like most other, 'old-fashioned' back brace models and styles. This type of brace will stay in place, providing the required support. Another popular type of back brace is a medical support back brace that comes with metal reinforcement strips down the back. This brace reaches from the midline buttocks area all the way up to the middle of the shoulder blades and offers maximum support for those suffering from spondylolysis, or disintegration of a vertebra and other spinal conditions. The tightness and pressure of this type of back brace can be worn under clothing and is adjustable. The wearer can stand and sit and the anatomical fit makes it available for both men and women. The best thing about this back brace is that it stays in place like it's supposed to, which makes it almost invisible to the casual observer. People suffering from discopathy, which is any disease that affects the intra vertebral bone structure, and osteoporotic lumbar impression fractures, as well as those recovering from surgery, can also wear this type of back brace. A back brace doesn't have to be big and bulky to provide both protection and support for wearer. Today, materials used in the creation of a back brace are lightweight and allow for your skin to 'breathe'. So, when the doctor prescribes a back brace, don't automatically think "immobile". Instead, think of "soft yet firm, adjustable and comfortable."

Law of attraction your subconscious mind the matchmaker
The best way to seek a soul mate, or a life partner, is to use the law of attraction. The best way to seek your ideal mate is not through your conscious mind, a friend, a professional matchmaker or a computer, but your own subconscious mind. Your subconscious is already aware of your character traits, and the manifestation will take into account who best fits your character, because nobody knows you best than your own subconscious. To begin looking for the perfect life partner, make a list of the character traits you are looking for in a soul mate. Are you looking for someone who is soft-spoken, religious, a good cook, a good home-maker, love animals, or someone with a good sense of humor? Is this person you are searching for good looking, articulate, brunette, blonde, blue or brown eyes, sexy, a good conversationalist, animal lover, or love decorating? And is this person working in a bank, with the government or self-employed? Tell your subconscious exactly the person you are looking for as your soul mate and meditate as you would like all your other requests to the universe. You have to be clear in your choice of a soul mate and ask the universe to find for you this person each time you meditate. Never stop asking. Then imagine being married to such a person already. If you are sleeping on a king-size bed now, sleep on one side of it and pretend your soul-mate is sleeping next to you. Make some room in your wardrobe for your soul mate’s clothes. Do the same on the dressing table to make room for your soul mate’s stuff. Have the feeling of expectancy that your soul mate will be joining your life soon and you are making room for him or her. Your emotions play a key role in the manifestation process. If you go out shopping, buy something for your soul mate, however small it may be, like a scarf, or a hand towel. Make belief that your soul mate is already living with you. Make all these feelings real, and then go out and socialize as you would on your normal leisure time. Each time you socialize, have this expectancy of meeting your soul mate and each time you meet a new person, size him or her up and refer to your list of criteria which you listed down in the beginning, and check next to those criteria if this person meets your desired traits. For anyone serious in getting the ideal soul mate of their dreams, this is one strategy you cannot ignore. The manifestation process is like the universe sieving through the masses of people to bring to you your ideal choice. As the likely candidates appear before you one after another, you have to make the choice of acceptance. As the subconscious cannot speak directly to you, you have to rely on instincts or six sense, because that is the subconscious way of communicating with you. But it doesn’t mean that if you reject, the flow of candidates will stop. It won’t. The candidates will continue to appear before you until you make a conscious decision of selecting your ideal choice.
